- AI valuations and Rank Scores are data-driven estimates based on 10,000+ YouTube partnerships, not guaranteed earnings
- You maintain full control over your profile visibility to sponsors and can adjust privacy settings anytime
- Our AI tools (Rank Score, Valuation, SEO Scanner) provide insights to help you negotiate fair sponsorship deals
- You are solely responsible for all partnership agreements, negotiations, and contracts with sponsors
- We provide transparency tools but do not mediate or guarantee sponsorship outcomes
5. Sponsor Services
For sponsors and brands using RankAgent AI to discover and evaluate YouTube creators:
- All creator data and AI insights are provided for evaluation purposes only and must be used ethically
- You must obtain explicit creator consent before initiating any partnership or using their data beyond platform evaluation
- Authenticity Scores (85+ threshold), AI Rank Scores, and ROI predictions are data-driven estimates based on historical YouTube partnership data
- RankAgent AI provides transparency and verified metrics to facilitate fair negotiations between sponsors and creators
- You are solely responsible for all contracts, payments, partnership terms, and legal agreements with creators
- Our platform promotes ethical, transparent partnerships—misuse of creator data or unfair practices may result in account termination
6. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of RankAgent AI are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
