Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
- Log in to your RankAgent AI dashboard
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Go to the Subscription section
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
Effect of Cancellation
- •Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- •You will continue to have access to all features until your subscription expires.
- •No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.
- •You can reactivate your subscription at any time before it expires.
Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Access to your subscription benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, we offer the following refund options:
- •Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available if you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription date and have not exceeded reasonable usage limits.
- •After 7 days: No refunds are provided. You may cancel your subscription to prevent renewal, and you will retain access until the end of your 12-month subscription period.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases (e.g., technical issues preventing service access, billing errors), we may offer prorated refunds at our sole discretion. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to discuss your situation.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our policy, please follow these steps:

Note: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Additional Terms
Service Credits & Add-ons
Purchased service credits (e.g., AI analysis credits, premium features) are non-refundable but remain available for use until your subscription ends or they expire.
Account Termination
If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
